Terms and conditions
Last updated: 31 August 2026
1. Who runs this site
In accordance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE):
- Owner: Álvaro Muñoz de Dios de Paz
- Tax ID (NIF): 55021414D
- Address: C/ Enrique Granados 4, 28224 Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid, Spain
- Email: hello@dipayla.com
“dipayla”, “we” and “the Seller” mean that owner.
2. What these terms cover
These terms govern access to, browsing of and use of dipayla.com, and the purchase of the products offered on it.
The site is aimed at individuals aged 18 or over with legal capacity to contract, and at legal entities that are duly represented. By placing an order you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Acceptance
Placing an order means you accept these terms in full, in the version published at the time of purchase. Please read them and keep a copy before you buy.
We may change these terms at any time. Changes do not apply retrospectively to orders already confirmed.
4. Where we ship
We ship to Spain and to the rest of the European Union, as set out in the Shipping and returns policy.
5. Your account
You can check out as a guest or by creating an account. If you create an account:
- The information you give us must be true, accurate and up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details safe, and for anything done from your account.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or are used fraudulently.
You can delete your account at any time by writing to hello@dipayla.com.
6. Products and availability
Products are described on their pages as accurately as we can. Photographs are a guide: colour can shift with your screen, and the packaging may vary.
Our pieces are made by hand and in small numbers, so stock is limited and can change quickly. Everything is offered subject to availability.
If a product is not available after you confirm the order, we will email you. You can wait for it to be made again, or cancel and receive a full refund of what you paid, within 14 calendar days.
7. Prices and tax
Prices are in euros (EUR) and include the VAT that applies. Shipping is not included in the product price. It is calculated and shown separately before you confirm.
For deliveries to other EU countries, the VAT of the destination country may apply under the One Stop Shop (OSS). The final price is adjusted during checkout.
We may change prices at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you confirm the order.
Pricing mistakes. If an obvious typing or technical error publishes a product at a price any reasonable buyer would recognise as wrong, we may cancel the order, tell you at once, and refund anything you have paid.
8. How an order is placed
- Choose the products and add them to the cart.
- Check the cart, the quantities and the amount.
- Enter the shipping and billing details.
- Choose a shipping method and a way to pay.
- Read the final summary, including tax and shipping, and accept these terms.
- Confirm the order by pressing the payment button.
The contract is formed when you confirm the order and we accept it. You will receive an email with the details of the purchase.
Language of the contract. The contract may be concluded in Spanish or English, depending on the language you select on the site. Order confirmations and other transactional messages are sent in the language of the order.
Before you confirm, you can spot and correct mistakes by going back through the earlier steps of checkout.
We keep an electronic record of each order. You can ask us for a copy at any time.
9. How you can pay
We accept the payment methods enabled in the shop at the time you buy, which are shown at checkout. They currently include credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay) processed through Shopify Payments, and may include PayPal, Klarna or Bizum when those are available.
Payments are handled by outside providers that meet industry security standards (PCI-DSS). We do not store your full card details.
We may refuse or cancel an order where there are reasonable signs of fraud, non-payment, or a breach of these terms.
10. Invoices
We issue an invoice or proof of purchase for every order, and send it by email. If you need an invoice in a company’s name, say so at checkout or write to hello@dipayla.com before the order ships.
11. Shipping
Times, zones, costs and delivery conditions are set out in the Shipping and returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Withdrawal and returns
As a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving a reason and without a penalty, under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU) and Directive 2011/83/EU.
The steps, the exceptions, the cost of sending it back, and the model withdrawal form are in the Shipping and returns policy.
13. Legal guarantee of conformity
We are liable for any lack of conformity that appears within three years of delivery, under articles 114 and following of the TRLGDCU.
- For the first two years it is presumed that the fault was already there at delivery, unless proved otherwise.
- The claim must be brought within five years of the fault appearing.
- You may choose repair or replacement, unless one of those is impossible or disproportionate. If neither is done, or it is not done in a reasonable time, you may ask for a price reduction or to end the contract.
The guarantee does not cover misuse, normal wear, work by anyone we have not authorised, accidents, or failure to follow the care instructions that come with the product.
To use the guarantee, write to hello@dipayla.com with your order number and a description of the problem, and photographs if you can.
14. Intellectual and industrial property
Everything on the site — text, photographs, illustrations, logos, marks, designs, source code and structure — belongs to the Seller or to third parties who have allowed its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, communicate, transform or otherwise exploit it without our express written permission.
The name Dipayla identifies the Seller’s products and this site. Buying a product does not transfer any right in that material.
15. Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully, and not to:
- Place false or fraudulent orders, or orders using someone else’s details without permission.
- Introduce viruses, malicious code, or anything that could damage the site or anyone else’s systems.
- Scrape data without our express permission.
- Infringe anyone else’s rights, or publish anything unlawful, offensive or defamatory.
If you do, we may cancel orders, suspend the account, and take whatever legal action is available.
16. Links to other sites
The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. You visit them at your own risk.
17. Liability
We work to keep the site available and up to date. We do not guarantee that it will never be interrupted or entirely free of errors.
We are not liable for failures caused by force majeure or events reasonably outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, power or telecoms outages, cyberattacks or official restrictions.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes the rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
18. Privacy and cookies
Personal data is governed by the Privacy policy. Cookies and similar technologies are governed by the Cookie policy. Both are available from the site.
19. Severability
If a competent authority finds any clause void or unenforceable, the rest of these terms stay in force.
20. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
Disputes go to the courts that have jurisdiction under the rules that apply. If you are a consumer, the courts of your home address have jurisdiction, and the mandatory consumer rules of your EU country of residence still protect you.
Alternative dispute resolution. The European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 and is no longer available. As a consumer you can go to:
- The consumer arbitration boards of your autonomous community, or the local consumer office (OMIC), if you live in Spain.
- Accredited alternative dispute resolution bodies notified to the European Commission.
- The European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) for cross-border purchases inside the EU.
Complaints. Write to hello@dipayla.com. We aim to reply within 24 to 48 working hours, and in any event within one month.
21. Language versions
These terms are available in Spanish and English. If the versions differ, the Spanish version prevails for consumers who live in Spain.
