You have 14 calendar days from the day your parcel arrives to let us know you’d like to return it, no explanation needed. The lampshade must be returned complete, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. We’ll arrange the collection and deduct a fixed return fee: €5 for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, and €15 for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the rest of the EU.
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay). Depending on availability, you may also see PayPal, Klarna, or Bizum.
Allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare your order by hand, plus 1–3 days in transit to mainland Spain and 2–5 days to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the rest of the EU.
Yes. When your parcel is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number and a link so you can check its progress whenever you like.
